TapMyLife, at the forefront of COVID countermeasures since the beginning of the pandemic, has developed a specialized solution for real-time temperature monitoring of COVID VACCINES down to -100 degrees using a centralized platform designed by our technicians to ensure the perfect preservation of these valuable vaccine vials.
The TapMyLife system features alarm thresholds for each device, with differentiated thresholds for proactive alerts and actual alarms, and real-time centralized monitoring of each device’s status with temperature updates at intervals starting from 1 second.
The parametric definition of alarm recipients based on various parameters (refrigerator location, time of day, type of refrigerator, intervention priority level, etc.) results in a cross-functional system tailored to different hospital facilities that can be equipped with a single control center.
All system components are continuously monitored, and any malfunctions are communicated via email and through the alarm service. In the event of network component failures (Wi-Fi, corporate LAN, power, connectivity), the sensor continues to measure the temperature and store data on internal memory (32,000 readings allowed, with an interval set during installation, from 10 seconds to 18 hours), which can later be downloaded via smartphone or USB.
All provided sensors are calibrated and come with a traceable NIST calibration certificate valid for 2 years, with the option for annual renewal.
