TICKET ACQUISITION • The ticket can be obtained near the totem via a mobile application. • The dedicated application can be quickly downloaded using a QR code. • Alternatively, a WhatsApp/SMS BOT or an automatic call system can be used.
PRE-CALL • When reaching a certain number of people before you on the waiting list, you will be notified via the application, BOT, or automatic call to proceed to the waiting area.
CALL • The call is notified directly to the mobile application, WhatsApp/SMS BOT, or via an automatic phone call to the mobile number that requested the service. • The call notifies you of the service counter number to go to.
The system is particularly useful for public services, especially (but not only) in situations like the one we are currently experiencing, where staying in crowded areas can be particularly uncomfortable for both users and operators.
