An app makes Policlinico di Sant’Orsola in Bologna an ‘Easy Hospital’
The app allows users to locate the emergency room, various departments, and parking areas; it provides virtual guidance from the moment of booking a service to the day of the appointment in the clinic. It includes features such as suggestions for the nearest automatic payment kiosk, assignment of a queue number for the waiting room to avoid lines at check-in, and the ability to receive a confirmation message when the doctor is called.
